Peer Support Group is an open-ended support group for people living with mental illness. People learn from each other's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding. Meetings are held one or two times per month.  Attendance is optional and confidential. New participants are always welcome. Groups are run by trained facilitators living with mental illnesses who are at a point in their recovery where they can give back to others.
